This writ petition challenges an order passed by the Industrial Court as an interim order pending a complaint of unfair labour practice. During the pendency of the petition, the management and the union have amicably settled the matter and entered into terms of understanding, which are duly signed by their respective authorized representatives. Pursuant to these terms, the original complaint of unfair labour practice has been disposed of as withdrawn. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, in the premises, prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition herein. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to the costs.
