Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the award of the Tribunal. In the circumstances of the case, the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.20 lacs on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Tribunal. Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount for and on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3. The balance amount may be placed in a fixed deposit account of a nationalised bank during the pendency of the first appeal. Civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
