This is an application for bringing legal representative of the solepetitioner, who expired on 20.10.2021. Though, respondent served, none appeared for the respondent.

Considering that the application is filed within limitation, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application. 3.

The Petitioner to appropriately amend the cause-title of the Petition by bringing on record the legal representative of deceased petitioner, whose name has been mentioned in the "Schedule" annexed to the application. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Thereafter, Writ Petition No.14258 of 2018 be listed on admission Board. 4.
