Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already undergone more than 50% of the maximum sentence awarded for the offence punishable under Section 467 of the IPC and, therefore, is entitled to be enlarged on bail. 2.

The trial Court is directed to consider the application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably within one week from making such application.

In that view of the matter, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application.
