2. We have perused the grounds raised in the Writ Petition. The order was passed by this Court after hearing both the parties at length. The Review Petitioners seek to re-argue the whole matter on merits which is not permissible. No error apparent from the record is pointed out by the learned Counsel for the Review Petitioners.
