None appears for the petitioner. It appears that on 3rd February, 2014, despite the fact that none appeared for the petitioner, notice came to be issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Perused the record. Even after notice was issued to the respondents, none appeared for the petitioner on 9th June, 2014 ad 30th June, 2014. Even today, none appears for the petitioner. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
