We have carefully perused the contents of the application dated 23/10/2013 addressed by the Petitioner to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court. There are general allegations made against the jail authority and the In-charge medical officer (jail). It is difficult to find out against whom the Petitioner has grievance and in view of the vague and general allegations, it is not possible to issue any directions. It appears that the Petitioner had some grievance about the medical treatment which was given to him at the relevant time in the jail hospital. In that respect, in case, the said grievance subsists till date, then we direct the Superintendent of Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and give him proper medical treatment. lgc

(20) wp-3970.13.odt Except the aforesaid direction, we cannot issue direction to any other authority in view of the vague and general allegations made by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition without any particulars relating to the facilities. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
