Transfer of proceedings is sought under Section 407 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 from Vashi Court to Pune. The distance is about 100 Kms.

The submissions are, applicant-wife is left in distress as nonapplicant husband has terminated leave and licence agreement in regard to residential premises at Vashi.
