The applicant / accused has sent a letter from the prison which is registered as the present criminal application. By this letter, he has conveyed that he does not want to prosecute the appeal any further.

It is seen that the appeal is already admitted for final hearing. As such, it needs to be taken to its logical end by hearing the same finally.

Hence, the application of the applicant / accused for withdrawal of the appeal is rejected.

The appeal be listed for final hearing at its appropriate place.
