After having interacted inter se in the presence of respective lawyers, parties hereto agree that petitioner-father can be granted access between 3.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. on 26th, 27th and 29th December, 2021 to the child who is in the custody of the respondent-mother. The venue which is mutually agreed to be a Star Hotel shall be arranged and communicated by the petitioner-father to the respondent-mother well in advance so as to make it convenient to respondent-mother to make reach the child at the said venue and also to collect the custody of child. 2.

The present arrangement is in addition to the already existing one and is restricted to the extent of present Christmas Vacation. 3.

Needless to clarify that the respondent-mother can physically remain present during such access so as to observe the child. 4.
