Advocate Jha with Mr. Abhishek Samant attempted to persuade the Court to hear the matter finally. When we pointed out that it is not possible before vacation, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner is a Srilankan citizen and if trial is expedited, he can go to his country.

The matter is before this Court since long. The petitioner has been trying to persuade this Court to hear the matter with connected matters.
