Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company and learned Counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3-original claimants. 2.

The applicant-insurance company has already deposited the entire compensation amount before the M.A.C.T. Satara. In such circumstances, there is no impediment to grant the stay. Hence there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of impugned judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T. Satara in M.A.C.P. No.275 of 2012.
