Necessary paper book be supplied to her. A letter is received from jail. It is sent by both the applicants / accused intimating to this court that they do not want to prosecute the appeal filed by them. Criminal Application No.1350 of 2016 is a letter by applicant / accused no.1 intimating the number of the appeal.
It is seen that the appeal is already admitted for final hearing. As such, it needs to be taken to its logical end by hearing the same finally.
Hence, the applications of the applicant / accused for withdrawal of the appeal is rejected.
