Perusal of the FIR in Crime No.951 of 2021 registered with Wakad Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 323, 504 of IPC speaks of consensual relationship. Apart from above, there is unexplained delay in lodging FIR. Applicant was granted ad-interim protection by this Court. 2.

In that view of the matter, as the investigation in the matter is over, in the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 10th October, 2022 to 14th October, 2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon so as to extend co-operation in the investigation and thereafter as and when directed.
