Prayer is to quash the FIR registered under section 419, 420, 406 and 34 IPC. The contention is that the complainant/company has filed report to police on the basis of the fraud documents. 2.

We find that such defence cannot be appreciated at this stage. Hence, without prejudice to that contention and keeping it open we refuse to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. Petition is rejected.
