This Appeal is preferred by original opponent challenging the judgment and award dated 14.7.2014 passed by MACT, Pune in Application No.264 of 2013 holding that the respondent claimant is entitled compensation of Rs.8,88,600/- with 9% interest p.a. by way of compensation. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Tribunal has not considered contributory negligence on the part of respondent claimant. a) Admit.

b) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
