Heard. All these civil applications are made by the workers for fixing early date of hearing of the Writ Petitions. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that all the applicants are out of service for last several years.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to fix all these Writ Petitions for final hearing on its own merits.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the civil applications, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for allowing these civil applications.

Hence, following order is passed:
a.
Office is directed to place all these Writ Petitions on board for final hearing in weekly board under the list of expedited matter, as per their turn. b.
Civil applications stand disposed off accordingly.
