This application is preferred by Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd, original opponent for condonation of 21 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 14.7.2014 passed by MACT, Pune in Application No.264 of 2013.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Mohite 1/2

4 caf2822-15.doc averments in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Delay of 21 days in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 14.7.2014 passed by MACT, Pune in Application No.264 of 2013 is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
