This Civil Application has been taken out by the Management seeking extension of time to deposit the amount in terms of the order passed on 25 July 2016 while disposing of the Writ Petition. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that he has no objection to the grant extension of time if he is furnished with a Statement showing the particulars on the basis of which the amount deposited is arrived at. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that such Statement shall be furnished to the Counsel for the Respondent No.1 and the amount shall be deposited within two weeks from today. The statements are accepted.
