The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the authorities to register an FIR against certain persons.

In the event the police authorities fail to take cognizance, the Petitioner can very well take recourse to the remedy for filing the complaint either under Section 200 or 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v/s State of Uttar Aswale 1/2
