Learned counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3 opposed the application contending that though the name of the company was changed as far back as 2012, the application is moved before the Court now.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am inclined to condone the delay of 25 days caused in filing the application. 1/2

Further, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Consequential amendment to be carried out within 2 weeks from today.
