Since it is brought to notice that during pendency of this application chargesheet has been filed, the application is disposed of with direction to the applicants to firstly approach the Court of Sessions for bail and thereafter to this Court, if required.

In the event of such an application being preferred, the Court of Sessions shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a week after the other side appears in the matter.

Needless to add that the Court of Sessions shall decide the application for bail on its own merit, uninfluenced by earlier order of rejection.
