This Interim Application is filed for restoration of the First Appeal which was dismissed due to the conditional order passed on 3 October 2019, by this Court.

The Advocate for the Applicant states that compilation of paper book could not be filed, as there is some delay on the part of the Applicant, also due to Covid-19, the same could not be filed. 3.

There is no reply to this Interim Application. The Advocate for Respondent No.3 however, opposes this Interim Application. 4.

Heard both the parties. I have gone through the contents 1/2

16-ia20204-22.doc of the Interim Application. Sufficient ground is made out to condone the delay in allowing this Interim Application for recalling the conditional order.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). In the meantime the parties agree to file a compilation of document, short synopsis along with their proposition of law and authorities relied upon by them within four weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
