Pursuant to prayer for grant Emergency Parole by the applicant, based on the cause of death of his sister on 1.10.2022, the competent authority directed the Applicant to pay the escort charges, which are not paid by the Applicant till this date. 2.

Applicant has come out with an explanation that he has no source of income being a life convict, and his brother has limited

Learned Counsel for the Applicant has submitted that the Applicant has every right to visit his sister's grave to offer prayers. 4.

In view of the above, we are inclined to grant him such prayer provided, the Applicant is willing to pay the escort charges for a day, as he is lodged in Nashik Central Prison. However, the learned Counsel for the Applicant is unable to commit or make any statement on the said issue.
