None for the Applicant learned APP informed that the charge at the trial is framed on 22.12.2014 and today the matter is fixed for submission of muddemal articles. It seems that in view of the said happening Applicant is not interested in pursuing the prayer for bail. Hence, the application is dismissed.

Sessions Court is directed to complete the trial at the earliest and in any event by the end of June, 2015. Liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail in event of the trial being unduly delayed by the Prosecution.
