This Civil Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs and representatives of deceased Respondent No.1. Deceased Respondent No.1 passed away on 22nd October 2017.

Learned counsel who was earlier appearing for the said Respondent No.1, by letter dated 21st September 2018 intimated to the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner 1/2

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

Amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
