The above Civil Application has been filed seeking to amend the above Writ Petition in terms of the amendment sought vide prayer clause (b) of the Civil Application. The Applicant/Petitioner seeks to arraign new parties. In view of the fact that the above Writ Petition is at the pre-admission stage, the above Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Applicant/Petitioner would be entitled to amend the above Writ petition in terms of the amendment sought vide prayer clause (b) of the Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
