P.C.:- This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-compliance of Order dated 5th July, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).
By the said Order, Registrar (Judicial-I) had directed the Petitioners to remove Office objections within stipulated period, failing which, the registration of the Writ Petition shall stand refused. 2.
As the Petitioners did not remove Office objections within stipulated period, the Petition stood dismissed for non-compliance of Order dated 5th July, 2018.

There is a delay of about 81 days in filing present Application. 4.
Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause for condonation of delay and restoration of Writ Petition is made out. In view thereof, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Petitioners are directed to remove all Office objections, if not removed earlier, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
