2. Mr. Mogre, learned Advocate for Petitioner informed that reliefs claimed in the present Petition are rendered infructuous in view of fact that elections to the Managing committee have been completed and a

Mr. Mogare submitted that in view of the fact that the Petitioner was claiming to be appointed against a reserved category post, the said post is still lying vacant. In event if the Petitioner has any grievance, Petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy as available to her in law under provisions of the MCS Act, MCS Rules and the bye-laws.

4. Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Interim Application is also disposed.
