Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the charge has been framed even without providing him a set of police papers. The same is evident from his plea recorded on 28/09/2022.

In view of the above, the order of framing of charge and the charge itself is hereby quashed. The trial court shall first ensure compliance of section 207 of the Criminal Procedure Code and then go for framing of the charge.
