After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings challenging the order dated 25.09.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal - III, Mumbai in S.A. No.145/2018. He seeks three weeks time to prefer an appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. He submits that till that time the order dated 10.09.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal - III, Mumbai in S.A. No.145/2018 may be continued. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
