There are reasons to believe that the Respondent is avoiding service through the usual process. In such circumstances, issue Bailabale Warrant in an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac), so as to ensure that the Respondent appears in this Court on 15 December 2015. The Registry to take necessary steps in this regard. For this purpose, the relief in terms of prayer clause 'c' of the Civil Application is also granted.
