Learned A.P.P states that the petition does not survive, inasmuch as, the trial of the accused in connection with C.R. No. 143/2010 registered with Akkalkot North Police Station, has concluded and the accused have been been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur vide judgment dated 24th January 2019 passed in Sessions Case No. 41 of 2011. She has tendered a copy of the said judgment. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
