2] The learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner points out that the legal representatives of the respondent no. 5c are the respondent nos. 5a, 5b, 5d to 5f, who are already on record.
3] In view of the aforesaid, the abatement order dated 16 June 2014 is set aside and this civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and ( c). Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
4] Civil application is disposed of.
