Perused the contents of the Applications. Also perused the judgments of the reference Court. The judgments and awards passed by the reference Court are stayed on the condition, the Applicants deposit the entire amount payable in terms of the awards of the reference Court, in the reference Court within a period of 12 weeks.

If the amount is so deposited, the Respondents are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the extent of 50% of the amount withdrawn i.e. 50% of 75%. The balance amount may be placed in a fixed deposit Account of a Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and the same should be renewed from time to time during the pendency of the First Appeals.
