By this petition, under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, petitioner is seeking to appoint Arbitrator as per terms and conditions of the deed of partnership dated 21.09.2004.

Both the counsel submit that matter is settled out of court. They tendered Consent Terms dated 17.12.2015 duly signed by the petitioner as well as respondent. Both the counsel submit that petitioner as well as respondent are present in court. Their presence is recorded. Undertaking Mohite 1/2

Petition is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms dated 17.12.2015.
