On perusal of the application dated 23rd March 2016 below Exhibits-113 and 115, it appears that necessary averments indicating enforceable right/legal right of the applicants is absent. 2.
Faced with this difficulty, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application making averments indicating legal right of the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the application dated 23rd March 2016 with liberty to file fresh application.

The civil writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 5.
