1] Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant in all these seven matters belong to same family and the respondent in all these seven matters is common. There is a suit between the same family and the respondent, where common issues arise being Suit No.1750 of 2011 which is pending in this Court. He, therefore, seeks transfer of these seven suits which are pending before the City Civil Court, Mumbai to this Court.

2] Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection if these proceedings are transferred to this Court. Statement is accepted. Misc. Civil Applications are, therefore, accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in all the aforesaid matters. 3] The City Civil Court is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of the suit described in prayer clause (a) of the civil applications, expeditiously. Parties as well as the City Civil Court to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
