Mr. Kuldeep Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. He states that the trial be expedited as the Applicant is in jail since 12th March 2022. 2.

As the trial has already commenced, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today.

The Applicant is granted liberty to fle fresh Bail Application if the trial is not concluded within six months. 4.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of, subject to above.
