The challenge is to a rejection of a nomination paper to the Assembly Constituency. It is too well settled to require any reiteration at this stage that in writ jurisdiction, we cannot interfere. Rejection of a nomination paper and alleged to be invalid and illegal, is a ground on which the whole election can be set aside or appropriate relief can be obtained. When there is such a remedy available in law, at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere. The writ petition is dismissed. G.S. PATEL, J.
