The entire cause of action for filing this petition has arisen in Mumbai. Therefore, the petition ought to have been filed on the Original Side. We, accordingly, transfer this petition to the Original Side. Consequential amendments shall be carried out by the petitioner, within two weeks from today failing which the petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution without reference to this Court.

By way of ad-interim relief, we direct that no further steps shall be taken for a period of three weeks from today on the basis of the letter at Exhibit-F of the petition.
