The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Thane Municipal Corporation dated 22/10/2012 directing demolition of part of 10th floor to 16th floor of the subject building. It is submitted that by communication dated 22/5/2015, the Thane Municipal Corporation informed the petitioners of withdrawal of the impugned order. In the said

903-wp-10697-12 communication, a reference has been made to a meeting held by the Hon'ble Minister of State for Urban Development Department on 11/2/2015. Said communication is also placed on record. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. We have heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Corporation. 3.
