Vide order dated 29th September, 2017 the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1667 of 2017 was rejected by this Court. However, the interim protection was extended for a period of 2 weeks which has expired on 13th October,

The applicant is seeking extension of time for a further period of 4 weeks contending that the copy of the order was not available as it was uploaded on 11th October, 2017. That since the protection was granted to the applicant even during the pendency of his application which was further extended by this Court for a period of 2 weeks, I am inclined to extend the protection for a period of 2 weeks i.e. till 1st November, 2017. It is made clear that, no further extension will be granted. The application is disposed off. (SANDEEP K. SHINDE, J)
