Heard both sides. Perused the petition and the annexures thereto. The writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the second respondent-Scrutiny Committee at Pune to dispose of the pending proceedings as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of communication of N.S. In the event the petitioner is employed in the third responded institute, then, his services should not be terminated for a period of 15 days from the date of communication of the order of the Scrutiny Committee in the event it is adverse to the petitioner so as to enable him to adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge the adverse order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
