The stay application filed by the Petitioners has been rejected on 20th October 2022. The Appeal is pending before Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (AGRC). Only Rakesh Rajendra Tiwari was held to be eligible and one alternate accommodation has been granted. The others were held to be ineligible.

We are not inclined to go into the merits of the matter at this stage as it is submitted that the appeal before the AGRC is pending. lgc
