Since the Petitioner had failed to remove the office objections, the Petition stood dismissed by virtue of the self-operative Order dated 09.08.2017.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Writ Petition is restored to the file.
