This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon applicants while releasing them on regular bail by an order dated 21/10/2016 by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai.

By the said condition the applicants were directed not to leave jurisdiction of Navghar Police Station, Mumbai, without permission of the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that Nesarikar
2 / 2 30-APPP-644-16.odt since date of passing of the said order the applicants have sincerely complied with the said condition. That the police have already submitted charge-sheet. He therefore prayed that the said condition may suitably be modified.

In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicants are permitted to leave the jurisdiction of Navghar Police Station without permission of the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate. However, the applicants are directed to attend the Navghar Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial. 5.
