By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges order-cum-letter dated 30.06.2015 issued by respondent No.3 attaching the petitioner's saving bank account with Dena Bank for recovery of the amount as per recovery certificate No.1137/2005 dated 05.07.2006.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of letter dated 20.10.2016 issued by the Recovery Officer, Cooperative Basavraj G Patil 1/2

p2.12497.15-wp Department attached to the Greater Bombay Coop. Bank Ltd., nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Said letter is taken on record and marked 'X" for identification.
