Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The Petitioners are granted liberty to move an Application before the Industrial Court, Mumbai, seeking setting aside of the Orders dated 09.03.2015 and 21.12.2015. It is clarified that this Court has not considered the matter on merits and the Industrial Court shall after hearing the parties strictly decide on merits whether the orders deserve to be set aside or not. In the event of such Application being made, the Industrial Court shall dispose off the same within a period of one week from the date of its filing.

(b) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Industrial
