Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Advocate Mr.Sukand Kulkarni for the Petitioner submits that as Respondent failed to comply with the order dated 30/03/2017 passed by this Court (Coram : A.S. Oka & A.K. Menon, JJ.), in Writ Petition No.13737/2016 they preferred the present Contempt Petition. He submitted that during the pendency of the present Contempt Petition, the Respondent filed Nesarikar

2 / 2 22-CP-136-17.odt affidavit in reply dated 25/11/2019 duly affirmed by Madhusudan Shivaji Barge and complied with the order passed by this Court. He submitted that in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the affidavit in reply filed by State, dated 25/11/2019, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition. In view of this fact, following order is passed: (a) Contempt Petition stand dismissed as infructuous.

(b) No order as to costs.
